1. How often do I get paid?
    Regular pay day is every Friday. Please inquire us; we are very flexible with pay, as we know you work hard for it.
  2. Do you have a referral bonus plan?
    We do have referral bonus plan; please see us for more details, as the referral bonus are different with RNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
  3. What happens if the facility cancels after I arrive for work?
    You will be paid dependent on the hospitals policy. Each medical facility we contract with have different pay schedules, but you will be paid.

  5. Do you pay overtime?
    Yes we pay overtime, depending on which hospital you work at.
  6. How soon can I begin work once the application is processed?
    Once your application and necessary documents are completed, you may work on the day you apply and/or the next day.
  7. What are the requirements to apply?
    Current and valid Nursing license, BLS, (Basic Life Support, CPR, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for Health Care Providers), State Drivers or Identification License (California or any other State), Social Security card or TIN (Tax Identification Number), and any other advance certification such as PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support Course), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), Critical Care Certificate, IV Certified, ...etc., Background Check (We can provide this for you), and any other supporting documents for health care providing, current physical, T/B test.
  8. Do you pay weekly?
    Yes we pay weekly. You may pick up your check or we can mail it to you.

  11. What credentials are needed to become employed as a nurse with GCMRI?

  12. Why do I have get another physical and PPD if I just had one this past year?
    Per hospital regulations, we need to provide proof that you are immune. Please contact us for further details.
  13. What other physical exam requirements are needed to work for GCMRI?
    Current physical and drug test are required. We can help you get drugs screened and provide information on how to get a physical if you don't already have one.
  14. When does the pay period begin and end?
    Pay period is from Monday - Sunday, every week.
